Privacy Policy (Draft)
What Cuetti stores
Account details (business name, email), brand kits, the content you enter (coaching text, testimonial wording you provide), media you upload, consent records you create, render jobs and export artifacts, usage counts, subscription status, and audit events needed to operate the service securely.
Client material
Identifiable client media and testimonials are treated as potentially sensitive. They are stored privately, scoped to your account, and are never exposed at public URLs, never used for marketing, and never used to train models. Do not upload medical records, diagnoses, treatment histories, or detailed health histories — Cuetti warns when content appears to include sensitive health information and recommends removing it.
Consent records
Cuetti records the confirmations you make about permission to use client material. Cuetti does not independently verify that legal consent exists. Cuetti is not HIPAA-compliant and does not claim to be.
Retention and deletion
Export artifacts carry a configurable retention window (30 days in the local build). Account owners can delete their account and associated data from account settings; deletion removes projects, media, consent records, and stored files for that account. Copies you already downloaded or published elsewhere cannot be recalled by Cuetti.
Tracking
Cuetti measures product usage needed to run the service (registrations, exports, render failures, storage). It does not collect health information for analytics and does not sell personal data.
