Permission categories

• Testimonial use — the client agreed their words may be used.
• Name display — the client agreed their name (or initials) may appear.
• Photograph use and video use — the client agreed their image/footage may be used.
• Voice recording use — the client agreed their voice may be used.
• Social media distribution — the client agreed the material may be posted publicly.
• Promotional use — the client agreed the material may promote your business.

How gating works

When content includes client material, Cuetti works out which categories are required and blocks export until each is confirmed. Confirmations record who confirmed them and when. If permission is later recorded as withdrawn, future exports using that content are blocked, associated media is identified for deletion, and the withdrawal is logged. Already downloaded or externally published copies cannot automatically be recalled.

Important limitation

Cuetti records your representations that permission exists. It does not independently verify that legal consent exists, and a checkbox is not a substitute for valid authorization. Keep your own records of client permissions. Do not upload medical records, diagnoses, treatment histories, or detailed health histories.
