Advertising & Claim Responsibility (Draft)
Cuetti includes a rules-based claim review that flags potentially misleading health, fitness, and weight-loss claims before export, consistent with general FTC advertising and endorsement principles:
- Low risk — general educational statements pass.
- Review required — specific performance or outcome claims (for example, results within a stated number of weeks) are highlighted, explained, and must be explicitly acknowledged or edited.
- High risk — blocked — guaranteed outcomes, specific weight-loss figures, cure claims, and medical-reversal claims cannot be exported until the wording is removed.
The review suggests less absolute wording where appropriate and never silently rewrites your testimonials. Automated review is not legal, medical, or regulatory certification. You, the coach, remain responsible for truthful, substantiated advertising claims, for not implying a testimonial represents typical results without substantiation, and for disclosing material connections where required.
