Fitness Testimonial Marketing and Client Consent
A testimonial is someone else's words about their own experience. Use the exact words they approved, attribute only what they approved (first name or initials), and never add results, figures, or improvements they did not state.
Permission is specific. Testimonial use, name display, photo use, video use, voice use, social distribution, and promotional use are separate permissions. Cuetti requires the categories your content actually uses before it will export.
Cuetti records your representations that permission exists — it does not independently verify legal consent, and a checkbox is not a substitute for valid authorization. Keep your own written records.
If a client withdraws permission, record the withdrawal, stop exporting that content, and remove what you control. Copies already downloaded or reposted elsewhere cannot automatically be recalled, which is another reason to be careful up front.
